An unconventional path
How I got here
I didn't arrive at this work through textbooks alone. I arrived through a high-achieving life, personal and professional challenges, and the quiet question most successful people are afraid to say out loud: is this it?
Psychology, and a high-achieving life
After earning my MBA in London and spending many years in an international environment as a businesswoman and mentor, I completed my psychology degree in Poland and trained further in psychotherapy. Then I followed what brings me the deepest fulfilment - supporting women and couples through real transformation.
Years as a nomad and expat
Addicted to travelling, I moved my business online ten years ago. As much as I enjoy living across countries and cultures, I also know the other side - the loneliness, the not belonging, the quiet cost of always being somewhere between worlds.
Where the work happens now
After years as a nomad I chose to live and practise in places that carry good energy and real potential for healing. Today that is Thailand, where I work both online and in person.
What that means for you
I understand both worlds
The success and the burnout. Business and family. The life that looks perfect from the outside and feels empty from the inside.
Twenty years of building and running companies sits alongside my clinical training, and I don't keep those two halves apart - trauma reaches into professional life as surely as it reaches into private life, and so does recovery.
I work in English and in Polish, with individuals and with couples. Most of my clients are in Australia and across Europe.
